Delivery and Returns
We deliver to the Stroud Valleys, as well as Cam, Dursley, Frampton on Severn, Stonehouse, The Stanleys, Tetbury, and most of Cirencester.
If you are unsure then please contact us by phone or by email and we can advise whether we cover the area.
We can also arrange for nationwide and international delivery through the Interflora network.
Delivery charges are included in our prices.
We deliver Monday – Saturday, during shop opening hours (though cannot guarantee later afternoon delivery).
We only deliver to addresses within our area. Full and complete addresses must be given, as well as a phone number. If the driver is unable to find a property they will call the numbers provided. If the numbers prove unsuccessful then the flowers will be returned to the shop. The delivery charge will be with held, but product cost refunded.
Funeral flowers are usually delivered two hours ahead of the service.
We will try to do our best to accommodate timing requests, but we do cover a large area and it is not always possible.
For funeral items we need the name and address of the undertaker, and the funeral time and date. We will liaise directly with the funeral director for delivery times, taking the hassle away from you.
Funeral items must be ordered the morning of the day before at the lastest.
Larger or more specialist funeral items need to be discussed first. Please give us time to allow flowers to open (eg. Lilies), and we would prefer to have a week’s notice.
Must be ordered by 2pm Monday-Friday, or 11am on a Saturday for same day delivery. There is no delivery on Sundays, except on Mother’s Day, or at Christmas if dates from 20th December onwards fall on a Sunday. We do not open or deliver on Bank Holidays.
Bouquets of a dozen or more roses are not available for same day delivery – sometimes it is possible, please check directly before placing your order.
We must have a telephone number of the customer, and preferably the recipient before placing an order. Orders will not be accepted without these.
Please help us out by giving directions for hard to find addresses!
If there is no one home then we will leave the flowers either in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please let us know if there is a preferred place.
Flowers are guaranteed freshness for 5 days, though we hope they will last longer if well cared for.
Items may be reported faulty (‘dead’) either in person or via email, where we would ask to see them or a photo to show what has happened – we may need to pass this info on to our supplier. We cannot issue replacements or refunds without seeing evidence.
