To ensure the freshest and most beautiful arrangement, some flower varieties may be substituted depending on market availability. Any substitutions will always be made using flowers of equal or greater value, carefully selected to maintain the overall style, colour balance and impact of the Ivory Rose Hatbox Arrangement.
Please note that due to the seasonal availability of flowers it may be necessary to vary individual stems from those shown. Our skilled floral designers may substitute flowers for one similar in style, quality and value. Where our designs include a sundry item like a vase or basket it may not always be possible to include the exact item as displayed. If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.
Delivery is a flat rate of £6. We deliver to the Stroud Valleys, as well as Cam, Dursley, Frampton on Severn, Stonehouse, The Stanleys, Tetbury, and most of Cirencester. If you are unsure then please contact us by phone or by email and we can advise whether we cover the area. We can also arrange for nationwide and international delivery through the Interflora network.
We deliver Monday – Saturday, during shop opening hours (though cannot guarantee later afternoon delivery). We will try to do our best to accommodate timing requests, but we do cover a large area and it is not always possible.
We only deliver to addresses within our area. Full and complete addresses must be given, as well as a phone number. If the driver is unable to find a property they will call the numbers provided. If the numbers prove unsuccessful then the flowers will be returned to the shop. The delivery charge will be with held, but product cost refunded. Funeral flowers are usually delivered two hours ahead of the service.
You can also collect from the shop by choosing the Collection option during checkout and selecting your preferred collection date.
